On October 16, 2024, the Court held a hearing on the status of these cases and to discuss issues related to setting the related cases for trial. Upon due consideration, and for cause more fully appearing in the transcript of the proceedings, it is

ORDERED that these cases are set for trial at a Special Session scheduled to commence on Monday, September 15, 2025, at 10:00 a.m., at the United States Tax Court, 4002nd Street Northwest, South Courtroom, Washington, D.C. 20217. Based on the parties' representations, the Court estimates that the trial will last two weeks. It is further

ORDERED that the parties shall file a joint status report by November 27, 2024, that includes a proposed pretrial schedule. In lieu of a joint status report, either party may file a status report stating that the other party has reviewed and agreed to the content of the report.
