On May 13, 2024, the petitioner filed a motion to Compel Discovery Responses seeking to compel the Commissioner to respond to Petitioner's First Set of Interrogatories and Requests for Production of Documents. The Motion was supported by copies of the underlying informal and formal discovery requests and responses. To obtain the Commissioner's views, it is

ORDERED that Commissioner shall, by May 29, 2024, file a response to the petitioner's motion to Compel Discovery Responses.
