Trece MEUTH, Appellant v. CITY OF SEGUIN, Appellee

From the 25th Judicial District Court, Guadalupe County, Texas
Trial Court No. 14-0546-CV-A
Honorable William Old, Judge Presiding

ORDER

On April 30, 2018, we abated this appeal to allow the trial court to rule on Appellant's motion to reconsider the trial court's order granting the City's plea to the jurisdiction.

On May 11, 2018, Appellant notified this court that on May 7, 2018, the trial court denied Appellant's motion to reconsider; denied all of Appellant's pending claims; and rendered a final, appealable judgment. Appellant will direct the Guadalupe County District Clerk to file a supplemental clerk's record containing the trial court's May 7, 2018 order.

We REINSTATE the appeal, reclassify it as a regular appeal, and reactivate the appellate timetable.

Appellant's brief will be due THIRTY DAYS after the supplemental clerk's record is filed.

Patricia O. Alvarez, Justice

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and affixed the seal of the said court on this 17th day of May, 2018.
