ORDER

On April 30, 2018, this court granted Appellant's motion to abate the appeal pending the trial court's ruling on a motion to reconsider its decision granting the City's plea to the jurisdiction. In our order, this court suspended all other appellate deadlines.

The same day, but before the order issued, Appellant filed a motion for extension of time to file Appellant's brief.

The appellate deadline to file Appellant's brief is suspended. Appellant's April 30, 2018 motion for extension of time to file the brief is MOOT.
