Order of the County Court of Nassau county modified so as to impose costs upon the defendant, as a condition of setting aside the verdict, and as thus modified affirmed, without costs of this appeal to either party. No opinion. Goodrich, P.J., Bartlett, Woodward, Jenks and Hooker, JJ., concurred.
