ORDER


As indicated in the Court's Order of February 6, 2001 , the Court may in the future reconsider the permissible scope of Diana Bialik's testimony about conversations with her deceased husband. With respect to the now-decided Motion for Summary Judgment filed by Defendant Margaret Seppamaki, the Motion to Strike Ms. Bialik's testimony [docket #58] is DENIED as moot.
