DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION
Motion by appellant for a stay of eviction pending the determination of an appeal from an order of the Justice Court of the Village of Irvington, Westchester County, dated August 30, 2022.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted on condition that appellant perfect the appeal on or before April 7, 2023; and it is further, ORDERED that, in the event the appeal is not perfected on or before April 7, 2023, the court, on its own motion, may vacate the stay, or respondent may move to vacate the stay, on three days' notice, and may serve such application in person.
