Before the Court is appellants' December 18, 2017 unopposed motion to dismiss this appeal. In the motion, appellants inform the Court they no longer wish to pursue this appeal because the claims against them were nonsuited in the trial court. Accordingly, we grant appellants' motion and dismiss this appeal. See TEX. R. APP. P. 42.1(a)(1).
