Present — Martin, P.J., Glennon, Untermyer, Dore and Callahan, JJ.; Martin, P.J., dissents and votes to reverse the judgment as to the defendant Samuel Dickstein, a copartner, doing business as Samuels Dickstein, and dismiss the complaint as to said defendant.


Judgment affirmed, with costs. No opinion.
