Patsy Meserow Petitioner v. Commissioner of Internal Revenue Respondent

ORDER

Maurice B. Foley Chief Judge.

On December 10, 2021, petitioner filed an Application for Waiver of Filing Fee. Due to an inadvertent clerical error, that Application was initially granted, as reflected by the entry at Docket Index No. 4. However, upon due consideration of the Application, the Court has determined that petitioner has not established that she lacks the ability to pay the Court's $60.00 filing fee.

Accordingly, it is

ORDERED that the action granting petitioner's Application for Waiver of Filing Fee, as reflected by the entry at Docket Index No. 4, is hereby vacated and set aside, and Docket Index No. 4 is deemed stricken from the Court's record in this case. It is further

ORDERED that petitioner's Application for Waiver of Filing Fee is denied. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before March 14, 2022, petitioner shall pay the Court's $60.00 filing fee for this case. Information regarding payment of the Court's filing fee is available on the Court's website at www.ustaxcourt.gov/pay_filing_fee.html.

Failure to comply with this Order may result in the dismissal of this case or other appropriate action by the Court.
