DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by appellant to stay the execution of a warrant of eviction pending the determination of an appeal from an order of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Kings County, entered September 25, 2018, and to stay all proceedings pending before the New York City Loft Board.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch of the motion seeking to stay the execution of the warrant of eviction is granted; and it is further,

ORDERED that the branch of the motion seeking to stay all proceedings before the New York City Loft Board is denied.
