Trespass for personal injuries. Judgment entered on arbitrator's award in favor of plaintiff, Margaret Mersiowsky, and against additional defendant, Alfred Mersiowsky. Order entered granting motion of additional defendant to strike judgment against him, order by LEDERER, J. Plaintiff, Margaret Mersiowsky, appealed. Appeal, No. 2333, Oct. T., 1977, from Court of Common Pleas, Trial Division, of Philadelphia, May T., 1975, No. 3072. Argued September 14, 1978.
