Appeal from the Iowa District Court for Woodbury County, Dewie J. Gaul, Judge.

Plaintiff appeals, challenging the part of a district court decree which establishes a resulting trust in certain real estate, and defendant cross-appeals, challenging the amount of a money judgment in his favor. AFFIRMED ON APPEAL AND ON CROSS-APPEAL.
