ORDER
On April 13, 2016, this Court ordered court reporters Karren Jones and Yolanda Atkins to coordinate to file the complete reporter's record, including all exhibits admitted into evidence, by April 18, 2016. On April 18, 2016, the reporter's record was filed without State's Exhibit nos. 13 and 18. Therefore, on April 20, 2016, we ordered Ms. Jones and Ms. Atkins to file, by April 25, 2016, a supplemental record containing the two exhibits. We further ordered that they not sit as court reporters until they filed the exhibits in this appeal. To date, the exhibits have not been filed, nor has either Ms. Jones or Ms. Atkins communicated with the Court regarding the status of the exhibits.
Accordingly, we ORDER court reporters Karren Jones and Yolanda Atkins to coordinate to file, by MAY 13, 2016, a supplemental record containing State's Exhibit nos. 13 and 18, DVDs.
FAILURE OF KARREN JONES AND YOLANDA ATKINS TO FILE THE SUPPLEMENTAL RECORD CONTAINING STATE'S EXHIBIT NOS. 13 AND 18, DVDs BY THE DATE HEREIN SET FORTH MAY RESULT IN THE ISSUANCE OF A SHOW CAUSE ORDER AND/OR A JUDGMENT OF CIVIL AND CRIMINAL CONTEMPT.
The Court continues in effect the order that Yolanda Atkins and Karren Jones not sit as court reporters until the supplemental record with the exhibits is filed in this appeal.
We DIRECT the Clerk to send copies of this order to the Honorable Gracie Lewis, Presiding Criminal District Court; Honorable Rick Magnis, Presiding Judge, 283rd Judicial District Court; the Dallas County Auditor's Office; Karren Jones and Yolanda Atkins, substitute court reporters; and to counsel for all parties.
