Kengi N. Merritt, Petitioner(s) v. Ricky D. Dixon, etc., Respondent(s)

Lower Tribunal No(s).: 502010CF008673AXXXMB

Because the Court has determined that relief is not authorized, this case is hereby dismissed. See Baker v. State, 878 So.2d 1236 (Fla. 2004). Any motions or other requests for relief are also denied. No motion for rehearing or reinstatement will be entertained by this Court.

Petitioner is cautioned that repetitive requests for the same relief related to Palm Beach County Circuit Court case number 2010-CF-008673, the submission of frivolous or meritless filings, or the commission of any other act that constitutes an abuse of the judicial process may result in sanctions, including, but not limited to, referral to the appropriate institution for disciplinary procedures pursuant to the rules of the Florida Department of Corrections as provided in section 944.09, Florida Statutes (2022). See § 944.279, Fla. Stat. (2022); see also Fla. R. App. P. 9.410(a) (Sanctions; Court's Motion).
