ORDER OF DISMISSAL WITH PREJUDICE


Before the Court for consideration is the Stipulation of Dismissal with Prejudice of All Claims Against Defendant, signed by counsel of record for all parties who have appeared in this action. Having considered the Stipulation, the Court finds that dismissal of this action with prejudice is appropriate pursuant to Rule 41 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure. Therefore,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED, that this action and all claims alleged herein are DISMISSED with prejudice, each party to bear its own attorneys' fees and costs incurred herein. No claims or parties remain in this action.

SO ORDERED.
