An appeal having been taken herein from an order of the Family Court, Ontario County, entered in the office of the Clerk of said Court on August 25, 2014, and an application having been made by Victoria L. King, Esq., for substitution of counsel as attorney for the child,

Now, upon reading and filing the statement of Victoria L. King, Esq., dated July 8, 2015,

It is hereby ORDERED that the application is granted, and

It is further ORDERED that Paul B. Watkins, Esq., 115 North Main Street, Fairport, New York 14450, is hereby assigned as attorney for the child, and

It is further ORDERED that the attorney for the child submit ten copies of his brief to the Court, together with proof of service, on or before August 31, 2015, and the Clerk is directed to accept said briefs for filing.
