Dear Ms. Margliano:

The Court has received one filing as to the briefing by the parties.

Ms. Mergliano's opening "brief" consists of the following:

In reference to civil action S09A-11-004-THG I would just ask the court to review the entire record of all hearings. I believe the court will see the unfair way I have been treated at all hearings. Thank you your honor.

The Notice of Appeal filed by the appellant cites the grounds for this appeal as:

1. Summary of evidence is wrong

2. No evidence by employer that plaintiff was hired part-time

These are the only two things submitted by the appellant to prosecute the appeal.

The appeal is denied due to failure to properly prosecute same. The Court shall not do the appellant's work.
