Interlocutory appeal granted on authority of Carroll v. Carroll, 322 So.2d 53 (Fla.App. 1st, 1975). The trial court's order of 30 December 1975 denying respondent's renewed motion to dismiss for improper venue is set aside. This case is remanded with directions to transfer this case to St. Johns County, Florida.
