ORDER
On January 20, 2012, Appellants filed their Notice of Appeal in this matter, and on January 31, 2012, they filed a Verified Motion to Expedite Appeal. On February 6, 2012, Appellees filed a "Verified Joint Motion ... To Transfer Appeal to the Indiana Supreme Court." On February 13, 2012, Appellants filed a response objecting to the Appellees' Rule 56(A) motion. On February 17, 2012, Appellees filed a Verified Joint Response to Appellants' Verified Motion to Expedite Appeal, and on February 21, 2012 Appellees' filed a Verified Joint Motion for Leave to File Reply in Support of Motion to Transfer.
The Court has met in conference and discussed the above-referenced motions. After considering the filings of the parties and being duly advised, the Court hereby GRANTS Appellants' "Verified Joint Motion ... To Transfer Appeal to the Indiana Supreme Court." Pursuant to Rule 56(A), this case shall proceed in this Court "as if had been originally filed []here." The Clerk of this Court is directed to assign this appeal a Supreme Court cause number and transfer the chronological case summaries from the current Court of Appeals cause numbers to the new Supreme Court cause number. The Court DENIES the Verified Motion to Expedite Appeal. Finally, the Court GRANTS the Appellees' Verified Joint Motion for Leave to File Reply in Support of Motion to Transfer.
The Clerk is directed to send a copy of this order to the Hon. Margret G. Robb, Chief Judge, Indiana Court of Appeals; the Hon. Michael D. Keele, Judge of the Marion Superior Court; Elizabeth White, Clerk, Marion Circuit and Superior Courts; Steve Lancaster, Court of Appeals Administrator; Danielle Sheff, Deputy Administrator, Court of Appeals; and all counsel of record. The Clerk of this Court is further directed to post this order to the Court's website.
