DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION
Motion by the appellant to stay all proceedings in the above-entitled matter and to stay the subject child's adoption, pending hearing and determination of the appeal from an order of the Family Court, Queens County, dated July 12, 2011.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to stay all proceedings is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to stay the subject child's adoption is denied as unnecessary as no adoption proceedings are pending.
