Pending before the Court is respondent's Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction, filed July 2, 2024. By Order served July 5, 2024, the Court directed petitioner to file, on or before July 24, 2024, an objection, if any, to respondent's Motion. On July 22, 2024, petitioner filed a Motion for Extension of Time, requesting an additional 90 days to respond to respondent's Motion to Dismiss.

Upon due consideration and for cause, it is

ORDERED that petitioner's above-referenced Motion is granted in that the time within which petitioner shall file an objection, if any, to respondent's Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction is extended to October 21, 2024. Failure to comply with this Order may result in the granting of respondent's Motion.
