The defendants’ petition for certification to appeal from the Appellate Court, 213 Conn. App. 739, 280 A.3d 120 (2022), is granted, limited to the following issue:

"Did the Appellate Court incorrectly conclude that the trial court had not abused its discretion when it denied the defendant's motion to open the judgment as untimely and without substance despite the fact that the motion was timely filed?"
