By Order served July 11, 2023, the Court granted respondent's motion to remand and remanded this case to respondent's Appeals Office for further consideration. March 18, 2024, the parties filed a Joint Status Report attaching thereto the supplemental notice of determination issued to petitioner.

Upon due consideration and for cause, it is

ORDERED that this case is no longer remanded to respondent's Appeals Office and will be scheduled for trial in due course.
