ORDER

Courtney D. Jones Judge.

This case proceeded to trial at the Court's St. Louis, Missouri, trial session on April 29, 2024. The parties relied upon a set of proposed exhibits, which respondent filed during the trial (Doc. 19).

At the conclusion of trial, the Court ordered seriatim briefing. See Rule 151 of the Tax Court Rules of Practice and Procedure. The parties are advised that the Court recommends the following page limits for the briefs: Opening Brief (50 pages); Answering Brief (50 pages); and Reply Brief (25 pages). For leave to submit additional pages, the Court expects the relevant party to file a motion.

Upon due consideration and for cause more fully appearing in the transcripts of the proceedings, it is

ORDERED that the parties' Proposed Trial Exhibits, filed April 29, 2024, are recharacterized as: "Exhibits to First Stipulation of Facts (Exhibits 1001-R to 1015-R and 1016-P to 1035-P) and Trial Exhibits (Exhibits 1036-P to 1043-P)."
