ORDER

This case is calendared for an in-person trial at the session of the Court scheduled to commence on April 24, 2023, for cases in which Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, is the place of trial.

On January 30, 2023, the parties filed a settlement stipulation and a proposed stipulated decision. Upon review of the parties' settlement stipulation, the Court notes that the parties' filing is illegible. Accordingly, the Court will strike the parties' settlement stipulation.

For cause, it is

ORDERED that the parties' settlement stipulation filed January 30, 2023, at Docket Index No. 10, is hereby stricken from the record. It is further

ORDERED that on or before February 16, 2023, the parties shall file a revised settlement stipulation.
