Time to perfect appeal from the order of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about July 18, 2001 enlarged to the October 2003 Term (M-1923); plaintiff's appeals from the order and judgment entered June 5, 2002 and July 16, 2002 deemed consolidated (M-1996); the order of this Court entered October 22, 2002 (M-4728) which consolidated plaintiff's appeals from the order entered on or about July 18, 2001, vacated, with defendant's appeals from the order and judgment entered June 5, 2002 and July 16, 2002, respectively, remaining consolidated; Clerk directed to calendar appeals for hearing together in said October 2003 Term. (See M-2272, decided simultaneously herewith.)
