EFRAIN LEMUS MENDOZA, Petitioner v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER

Kathleen Kerrigan, Chief Judge

Pending before the Court in this case is respondent's Motion to Strike, filed July 8, 2024. Therein, respondent requests that the Answer filed on July 8, 2024, at Docket Index No. 7 be stricken from the Court's record and that Mark J. Miller be withdrawn as counsel for respondent.

Upon due consideration and for cause, it is

ORDERED that respondent's above-referenced Motion is granted in that Mark J. Miller is withdrawn as counsel for respondent in this case. Because the Court has already deemed stricken and sealed the above-referenced Answer, it is further

ORDERED that all other requests for relief in respondent's just-referenced Motion are denied as moot.
