JOSE MANUEL MENDEZ, Appellant v. THE STATE OF TEXAS, Appellee

On Appeal from the Criminal District Court No. 4 Dallas County, Texas No. F22-75162.

ORDER

BONNIE LEE GOLDSTEIN JUSTICE

Before us is appellant's motion to supplement the record on appeal and hold the briefing schedule in abeyance. In his motion, appellant points out that the clerk's record is incomplete because it does not contain an itemized bill of costs from the date of final judgment.

Accordingly, we ORDER Felicia Pitre, Dallas County District Clerk, to file a supplemental clerk's record containing the itemized bill of costs or a written statement that the itemized bill of costs has not been filed with the district clerk within FIFTEEN DAYS of the date of this order.

We ORDER appellant's brief filed no later than THIRTY DAYS after the district clerk files a supplemental record containing the itemized bill of costs or a written statement that the itemized bill of costs has not been filed with the district clerk.

We DIRECT the Clerk to send copies of this order to Felicia Pitre, Dallas County District Clerk, and counsel for all parties.
