ORDER

We REINSTATE this appeal.
Before the Court is the trial court's request for an extension of time to hold the hearing required by this Court's order of April 22, 2024. The trial court requests an extension until June 21, 2024.
We GRANT the trial court's request and ORDER the trial court to hold the hearing on or before JUNE 21, 2024. We further ORDER the trial court to file on or before JULY 1, 2024, findings of and conclusions of law on the issue of laches based on the evidence presented at the hearing.
We ORDER the Dallas County District Clerk to file a supplemental clerk's record containing the trial court's findings of fact and conclusions of law on or before JULY 11, 2024.
We ORDER the court reporter for the hearing to file a supplemental reporter's record of the hearing on or before JULY 11, 2024.
We ABATE this appeal for the trial court to comply with this order. The appeal shall be reinstated when the Court receives the trial court's findings of fact and conclusions of law or at such other time as the Court deems appropriate.
We DIRECT the Clerk to send copies of this order to the Honorable J.J. Koch, Presiding Judge, Criminal District Court No. 2, Dallas County; Felicia Pitre, Dallas County District Clerk; Michelle Beltran, Official Court Reporter, Criminal District Court No. 2; Christina O'Neil, Chief Judicial Staff Counsel for the Criminal District Courts, Dallas County; and counsel for all parties.
