ORDER
PER CURIAM.
Hermes Mendez ("Movant") appeals from the motion court’s judgment, after an evidentiary hearing, denying his Rule 29.15 motion for post-conviction relief. Movant was convicted of the unclassified felony of forcible sodomy, in violation of § 566.060 RSMo (Count II), and the class C felony of felonious restraint, in violation of § 565.120 RSMo (Count III). On August 4, 2014, Movant was sentenced to a total of nine years of imprisonment on Count II, and three years on Count III, those sentences to run consecutively. This Court affirmed those convictions on appeal in State v. Mendez, 487 S.W.3d 66, 67 (Mo. App. E.D. 2016). We affirm.
No jurisprudential purpose would be served by a written opinion. We have, however, provided the parties a memorandum setting forth the reasons for our decision. The judgment of the trial court is affirmed pursuant to Rule 84.16(b).
