MEMORANDUM OPINION


By letter dated May 20, 2005, the Court directed appellants to pay the filing fee for this appeal and warned appellants that failure to pay the filing fee within ten days of the date of the letter would result in dismissal of the appeal. By letter dated May 20, 2005, the Court directed appellants to file a proper docketing statement with the Court. Appellants were warned that failure to provide the proper docketing statement within ten days of the date of the letter would result in dismissal of the appeal. To date, appellants have not paid the filing fee or filed the proper docketing statement.

Accordingly, the Court DISMISSES the appeal for want of prosecution. See Tex.R.App.P. 42.3.
