This case is currently calendared for trial at the Session of the Court commencing on November 18, 2024, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. On June 21, 2024, the Court served on the parties a Notice Setting Case for Trial and a Standing Pretrial Order. However, the documents served on petitioner were returned to the Court by the United States Postal Service, the envelope in which it was received having been marked "RETURN TO SENDER" "NOT DELIVERABLE AS ADDRESSED" "UNABLE TO FORWARD." Upon inquiry by the Court, respondent's counsel confirmed with petitioner's power of attorney that petitioner's current address is 23 Spring Valley Road, Malvern, Pennsylvania 19355. Upon due consideration, it is hereby
ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall change petitioner's address in this case to the following: 23 Spring Valley Road, Malvern, Pennsylvania 19355.
