ORDER

WHITMAN KNAPP, SENIOR UNITED STATES DISTRICT JUDGE

Pursuant to consent of all parties, the following schedule is ordered. Factual discovery and expert disclosures will be completed by January 31, 2003. Impleader will take place by January 31, 2003, unless newly discovered evidence makes this impossible.

In that case, the parties shall request, in writing, an extension of time. Dispositive motions will be filed by February 28, 2003 and videotaped trial depositions shall be completed by March 31, 2003.
