For cause, it is

ORDERED that the Stipulated Decision entered October 27, 2021, is hereby vacated and set aside. It is further

ORDERED that the parties and Kendra Brown Mendelsohn shall, on or before February 3, 2022, show cause why Ms. Mendelsohn should not be added as a party-petitioner to this case. It is further

ORDERED that, in addition to regular service on the parties, the Clerk of the Court is directed to serve a copy of this Order on Ms. Mendelsohn at the address used for petitioner in this case.
