Upon due consideration of the Application for Waiver of Filing Fee filed July 11, 2022, wherein petitioner did not answer the question as to amounts received for "Pensions, annuities, or life insurance payments", it is

ORDERED that the Application is denied, without prejudice. It is further

ORDERED that the time within which petitioner is directed to file a complete Application for Waiver of Filing Fee or pay the Court's $60 fee is extended to August 10, 2022.
