Effective February 4, 2011, Resident Judge Witham's Civil Motion Day will be moved to the 2^nd and 4^th Friday's at 11:00 a.m., of each month.

President Judge Vaughn's Civil Motion day will remain the 2^nd and 4^th Friday's at 11:00 a.m.

Judge Young's Civil Motion day will remain the 1^st and 3^rd Friday's at 11:00 a.m.

Effective February 4, 2011, Commissioner Freud will still handle all non-dispositive motions (list is included in the Kent County Civil Case Management Plan) on the 1^st and 3^rd Thursday's at 2:00 p.m.
