Melzer v. Melzer

The Court of Appeals of Washington, Division One. Panel 2
Mar 30, 1970
467 P.2d 330 (Wash. Ct. App. 1970)

Opinion

No. 126-40926-1.

March 30, 1970.

Appeal from a judgment of the Superior Court for King County, No. D10024, Donald M. Niles, Court Commissioner, entered October 17, 1968.

W. Robert Melzer, pro se.

Beresford Booth and C.W. Beresford, for respondent.

Affirmed.

Action for a money judgment. Defendant appeals from a summary judgment in favor of the plaintiff.

This is an appeal from an order granting a motion for summary judgment in favor of the plaintiff. The defendant, appearing pro se, has appealed. His assignments of error fail to set out any grounds of law or fact upon which error may be said to have been committed in the trial court. We have examined the arguments made by defendant and note they are more properly addressed to the legislature than the courts.

The judgment of the trial court is affirmed.
