This case was calendared for trial during the Court's January 24, 2022, Houston, Texas, remote trial session. By Order served January 14, 2022, the case was stricken from the Court's January 24, 2022, remote trial session, the parties were directed to file on or before March 15, 2022, a joint report or stipulated decision document, and the undersigned judge retained jurisdiction. On March 14, 2022, respondent filed a Status Report (Doc. 102) informing the Court that counsel for respondent is still in the process of reviewing documentation that petitioner has provided to determine whether the case can be resolved without the necessity of a trial. Upon due consideration, it is hereby

ORDERED that, on or before April 28, 2022, the parties shall file with the Court either a joint report (or, if that is not expedient, then separate reports) describing the status of the case or a stipulated decision document.
