This case was calendared for trial during the Court's January 24, 2022, Houston, Texas, remote trial session. By Order served January 14, 2022, among other things, this case was stricken from the Court's January 24, 2022, remote trial session and the undersigned judge retained jurisdiction.

On March 9, 2023, respondent filed a Status Report (Doc. 118) informing the Court that "respondent has determined an error in the account transcript for petitioner's year" and that "[t]he decision will be able to be executed once the liabilities are accurately reflected on the accounts." Upon due consideration, it is hereby

ORDERED that, on or before April 12, 2023, the parties shall file with the Court either a joint report (or, if that is not expedient, then separate reports) describing the status of the case or a stipulated decision document.
