On June 25, 2024, after appellant failed to file his brief, we ordered appellant to file the brief no later than July 8, 2024 and cautioned that, because the brief was first due March 18, 2024, the appeal was subject to dismissal if he failed to comply. Rather than filing the brief, appellant has filed a motion seeking an extension to July 15, 2024.
We GRANT the motion and ORDER the brief filed no later than July 15, 2024. We caution appellant that further extension motions will not be entertained and failure to file the brief will result in dismissal of the appeal without further notice. See Tex. R. App. P. 38.8(a), 42.3(b),(c).
