The appeal from the judgment is dismissed. The order denying the motion to clarify the judgment is reversed, and the case is remanded for the purpose of amending the judgment in such a way that it will define in precise conveyancing terms the interests of the plaintiff and the defendants in the subject premises. Neither party is to have the costs of appeal.
