MEMORANDUM OPINION

STEVE SMITH JUSTICE

Stephen Mellgren appealed from the trial court's order signed on August 4, 2021. In a letter dated October 21, 2021, this Court notified Appellant that the docketing statement was past due and must be filed within 21 days from the date of the letter. No docketing statement was received and filed.

By letter dated October 21, 2021, this Court also notified Appellant that the filing fee was past due. The Court informed Appellant that if the fee was not paid within 10 days from the date of the letter, the cause would be presented to the Court for dismissal in accordance with Tex.R.App.P. 42.3 (c). The filing fee has not been received.

Accordingly, this appeal is dismissed. Tex.R.App.P. 42.3(b) (c).
