Appellant having applied for an extension of time to perfect the appeals taken herein from orders of the Family Court, Erie County, entered July 18, 2022 (Order on Motion #6 and Order on Motion #3), Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the application, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is hereby ORDERED that the appeals are dismissed on the ground that the orders appealed from are not orders of disposition appealable as of right (see Family Court Act § 1112 [a]), and

It is further ORDERED that the application is dismissed.
