ORDER

Elizabeth A. Copeland Judge.

This case is calendared for trial at the Trial Session of the Court scheduled to commence on June 10, 2024, in Dallas, Texas.

On May 24, 2024, the parties filed with the Court a Joint Status Report. The parties informed the Court that a settlement has been reached, and they are awaiting computations for review. The parties have requested an additional sixty (60) days in which to submit decision documents or a further status report.

For cause, it is

ORDERED that this case is stricken for trial from the Trial Session of the Court scheduled to commence on June 10, 2024, in Dallas, Texas and continued. It is further

ORDERED that jurisdiction of this case is retained by this Division of the Court. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before July 29, 2024, the parties shall file with the Court decision documents or a further status report informing the Court of the then-present status of this case.
