This case is calendared for trial on the Court's October 25, 2021, Denver, Colorado remote trial session. On September 17, 2021, respondent filed an unopposed motion for continuance and asks that the Court restore this case to the general docket. The motion states that sometime on or around the time the Court issued the Notice of Trial, the Appeals Officer and petitioner's counsel began working together towards a resolution of this case, however, the Appeals Officer and petitioner's counsel recently encountered a delay in their efforts to work towards a resolution of this matter. Specifically, petitioner suffered a severe injury and she is currently hospitalized, and is unable to obtain documentation and otherwise assist her counsel in this matter.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that respondent's motion for continuance of trial is granted and this case is stricken from the Court's October 25, 2021, Denver, Colorado remote trial session and is continued generally.
