The affidavits upon which the motion was made are insufficient and do not show cause for the order appealed from. Order reversed on the law and facts, with ten dollars costs and disbursements, and motion denied, with ten dollars costs. Hill, P.J., Crapser, Bliss, Schenck and Foster, JJ., concur.
