This case was stricken from the Court's April 22, 2024, San Francisco, California trial session and continued, and jurisdiction was retained by this Division of the Court. On July 9, 2024, the parties submitted proposed stipulated decision documents for tax year 2018. On July 11, 2024, the Court issued an order noting that the petition filed April 24, 2023, includes tax years 2016 and 2017, and directing the parties to file a status report addressing those tax years. On August 9, 2024, respondent filed a Status Report advising that the parties have reached a tentative basis of settlement for tax years 2016 and 2017. Upon due consideration and for cause, it is hereby

ORDERED that the proposed stipulated decision document filed July 9, 2024, is stricken from the record and made not viewable. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before October 11, 2024, the parties shall submit updated proposed stipulated decision documents or file status reports regarding the then-present status of this case.
