This case is calendared for trial during the Court's October 7, 2024, Dallas, Texas, trial session. On August 23, 2024, respondent filed a Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction.

On August 27, 2024, the Court issued an order directing petitioner to, on or before September 26, 2024, file a response to respondent's Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction. As of the date of this Order, no response has been received by or on behalf of petitioner.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that the above-referenced motion is held in abeyance. It is further

ORDERED that this case is stricken from the Court's October 7, 2024, Dallas, Texas, trial session, and jurisdiction is retained by the undersigned.
