The petition for review is granted. The matter is transferred to the Court of Appeal, Second District, Division One, for reconsideration in light of Park v. Board of Trustees of the California State University (2017) 2 Cal.5th 1057, 217 Cal.Rptr.3d 130, 393 P.3d 905.
